UBA Africa Day Celebration

 United Bank for Africa (UBA) Tanzania Ltd, celebrated its Africa Day yesterday 25th May 2022 with the aim of celebrating African diversity and success and highlighting the cultural and economic potential that exists on the African continent.


This day is important to us because It is from Africa that UBA Africa was set up and UBA has invested so much in Africa with its presence in 20 African countries and with more than 1,000 branches across Africa.

As always, UBA welcomed different customers to take part in the celebrations where UBA MD/CEO Gbenga Makinde, had an opportunity to thank them for making UBA their bank of choice.

Also, Mr Makinde thanked members of staff for a continued spirit of excellence in giving customers the best services with a goal to maintain quality standards.

Africa Day has been celebrated since 1963 on May 25th across the African continent and worldwide. The day was inaugurated by the Organization of African Unity, in celebration of the unity, diversity and beauty of Africa and its people.
